Unpardonable sin explained!
The unpardonable sin explained by Jesus! What is it? Blaspheming the Holy Spirit. Meaning what? Let Jesus tell you in the verses noted. This is a KJV Bible study guide. Some teach that this particular sin can be done today; not so. Study what Jesus says about this particular sin and then ask yourself if any of those things have happened yet. No one has been delivered up as of yet as described in the verses below. Numbers 20:7-12 [Moses and Aaron did not follow God's instructions exactly]; Matthew 12:30-32; Mark 3:28-29, 13:9-13 [verse 11 is real important]; Luke 12:10-12, 21:12-19 [see above]; holy ghost = Holy Spirit (Greek word #4151); If you are one of those that get delivered up to a synagogue of Satan, don't think about what you want to say, just speak only what the Holy Spirit gives you in that hour. This will happen when Satan is here on earth playing the role of Antichrist; sooner than most expect! Explanation by Jesus Himself! What does Jesus give you? A mouth and wisdom! Study the following verses and questions together, and completely. Repeat if necessary. {Luke 21:12-15} Why does all this happen? For Christ's namesake, [this is so important]. Why are you delivered up? To give a testimony [His truth] for Christ's namesake. What does Jesus give you? A mouth and wisdom! What are you supposed to say? Whatever Jesus [through the Holy Spirit] gives and teaches you to say; the wisdom He gives you. All your adversaries will not be able to gainsay you! Not some, but all. See 1 Peter 5:8. Pretty plain and simple. See definition of gainsay below. {Luke 21:16-19} Who betrays you? Kinfolk. Who is death? Satan/Antichrist, death is one of his names [Hebrews 2:14 explains]. Who will hate you, and why? All men for Jesus Christ's namesake. Can you be harmed? No. If you are patient [and don't bow to Satan; {he's the one you are delivered up to}], what happens to your soul? Possess ye your soul, in other words, your soul will not perish. He that endures will be saved. Mark 4:17 describes impatience, no endurance. [gainsay] = Deny or contradict (a fact or statement). Speak against or oppose (someone). Jesus makes it real clear, in more than one verse, that the Holy Spirit will speak through the mouth of whoever is delivered up. Again, what do you speak with? Your mouth! See Isaiah 59:21 also. Study the Bible and learn to use the tools that help you understand, like the Strong's Exhaustive Concordance, etc. Study it! Please use these verses of scripture from the KJV Bible as a study guide. Don’t trust any of the so-called easier to read, newer translations like the NIV.
