JetBlue allows customers to modify bookings easily through their “Manage Trips” feature online or via the mobile app. Just enter your booking confirmation and last name, then choose “Change Flight.” Select new travel dates or destinations, and confirm the changes. There’s no change fee for most fares, but Blue Basic does carry a penalty. Any fare difference applies. JetBlue may issue travel credits if the new fare is lower.
