Scoot’s cancellation policy offers minimal flexibility unless you purchase premium options. Basic Economy fares are non-refundable under normal circumstances. However, travelers who choose the Flexibility bundle or ScootPlus fare can cancel and get a travel voucher. No cash refunds are provided unless Scoot cancels the flight. All cancellations must be done online through “Manage My Booking.” Travel vouchers issued in refunds have a limited validity, typically 12 months. Unlike full-service airlines, Scoot doesn’t have a free 24-hour cancellation window. If your plans are uncertain, it's highly recommended to add Flexibility or buy travel insurance to protect your investment. | |
