"Indignation"!

INDIGNA'TION, n. L. indignatio.
1. Anger or extreme anger, mingled with contempt, disgust or abhorrence.
2. The anger of a superior; extreme anger; particularly, the wrath of God against sinful men for their ingratitude and rebellion.
3. The effects of anger; the dreadful effects of God's wrath; terrible judgments.
The word “indignation” occurs 41 times in 41 verses in the KJV Bible. This anger, often called righteous anger/indignation, is contrasted with sinful wrath and is intended to be a force for positive change, not destructive behavior.

The life of Jesus provides an example of righteous anger/indignation. He expressed anger when He saw the temple being misused and when He witnessed injustice. However, He did not sin in His anger, and His actions were driven by love and a desire for restoration.

Matthew 21:12 "And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,"
He threw them out. What was going on was sort of like the short-cuts of the religious world today. The sacrifices were to be the first fruits of your blessings, your best. However, these Kenites that had taken over the temple had worked this into a business. They made it easy for you to give a sacrifice; all you needed was your pocket book/your money. You could buy some mite infested birds that these Kenites would provide for you. This is like stopping at the Quick Trip and getting change for a dollar bill so you could drop a nickel in the plate that went by. It is a mockery to God.
Matthew 21:13 "And said unto them, "It is written, 'My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.' "
God's house is not a place of business. God reads the heart of the giver and if the heart is not there, neither come the blessings. Jesus saw what they were doing and took a whip and drove them from the temple. Jesus acted with righteous indignation and acted with authority in overturning the tables of these Kenite heathen and drove those buzzards out of the temple. "MY HOUSE SHALL BE CALLED THE HOUSE OF PRAYER." That isn't too difficult to understand, is it?
Revelation 14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
(Remember that God is that consuming fire. This is the cup of wrath that Jesus would say "Let this cup pass from me," in (Matthew 26). He didn't want this cup of wrath to be poured out on the world if possible. But, if the unbelievers, or those deceived by Satan do not come around to the truth after the millennium, then it will be too late).
