Scoot processes refunds within approximately 20 business days after receiving a completed refund application that meets eligibility criteria. Refunds are made via the original mode of payment. For credit card payments, the refund will be applied to the credit/debit card used for the booking. In some cases, refunds may be provided as Scoot travel vouchers, especially if the "Cancel Your Trip" add-on was utilized. Passengers are advised to wait up to two weeks after receiving a refund confirmation email to validate the refund status with their respective banks. | |
