How to reset settings for HP printer?
If you only want to reset the network settings without affecting other preferences, go to the printer’s control panel. Select “Settings” > “Network Settings” > “Restore Network Defaults.” Confirm when prompted. This will remove Wi-Fi networks, IP addresses, and any proxy settings saved on the printer. It’s helpful when changing routers or fixing Wi-Fi issues. After the reset, reconnect your printer to the new network. If your model doesn’t have a screen, press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together until the light blinks. This resets network settings only.
