WHAT IF MY RETAINER DOESN'T FIT?
Our in-house lab specializes in making a guaranteed fit clear retainer. However, if for some reason your retainer does NOT fit properly, don’t worry. It is normal for a new retainer to feel tight when you first receive it. This is because your teeth slightly move between the time your teeth were scanned and the time you receive your new retainer. Allow a couple of days for your teeth to readjust to the shape of the retainer. If your retainer still does not fit after allowing a few days for your teeth to adjust, simply email us at support@retainyoursmile.com and we will work with you to remedy the problem.
