Draw a line down the middle and put Goals at the top. Now write yours down at the TOP. Whatever you want to achieve, write it down now. New car... New house... Financial goals... Now, on the left write "further" On the right write "closer" Now take a look at how you spend your leisure time. Put your activities in the corresponding category. So... Would killing time on YouTube get you closer to your goals, or push you further away. Obviously, further. If you were to read Napleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich, would that get you closer or push you further away. Without a doubt, closer. I think you get the idea. Do this for all your activities.
