To be considered for nomination, applicants must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the SkillSelect system. This visa is designed for individuals who wish to establish or manage a new or existing business in Australia. It provides a 5-year temporary visa, allowing applicants to run their business and apply for permanent residency through the Business Innovation & Investment (Residence) Subclass 888 visa.
