Dear friends.Our Charitable Foundation “Dos Meridian”is located in the Republic of Kazakstan.Recently,our government passed a law on the mandatory chipping of pet dogs and cats.From September 1,those owners who have not passed this procedure will be fined.Elderly people,pensioners receive a pension of about 115 S USA. The cost of chipping is 13 S USA. Many pensioners are unable to pay and will be forced to leave their pets on the streets. Our Charitable Foundation helps financially partially,and sometimes free of charge to pensioners for chipping. We ask all caring people to provide financial assistance.
