Originally, with most, if not all of its current problems, we paid $1500.00 for the camper, so this is the final price drop for the camper. It needs a lot of work. We placed work in it long ago, but due to those in D.C., it was undone. It has the following conditions... it has leaks, water damage, clogged sink, a 'broken' toilet, no thermostat, leaking water splitter, a bad tub/ shower faucet and hanging light. I am sure that it has more wrong with it...I am not going to look into it. Message only if you are interested in purchasing it. It is a real 'fixer upper'. It is an 'As Is' sale.
