Now, I plan to duplicate that in at least 200 cities across the US over the next 18 months, netting us over $200 Million. Nice, huh? Very doable. I am already doing it. As one of the first managers, you won't have to be working as many long hours if you can do what I will show you. You will find more managers to man each territory. I want you to own part of the company. No, this is not MLM or anything like that. It's a no brainer, although I know you will want to use your brain to take us even further. What I am doing is acquiring small laundromats with 16-20 washers and 16-20 dryers that I can buy for less than $300K each and from 8PM to 8AM, we wash, dry and fold up to 300 customers' clothing 3-5 days a week and deliver it back to them. We will hire people to do the wash, dry, fold. You won't be doing it because you have much more important things to do. We have to make sure our staff is following our best practices and keeping our customers happy. I already have a small army of delivery drivers ready to join us. Some of them will work 10 hour days, picking up and delivering laundry, as well as delivering food a few hours a day. I have one guy making over $300 a day. He will never leave us. I expect this company to be worth over $200 Billion by mid 2026. The best part is you will get to meet an investor I have given advice to since 1982. His family made over $1 Trillion net worth with my advice. When we chat, you will find that I have many things we can branch out into, but we need to start with building these 2 verticals to show our investor we really don't need his money.
