LTLR tailors their programs to residents Individualized supports including: o Case Management o Occupational support (Such as: resume building, strengths-based testing) o Educational support o Recovery coaching/Goal tracking o 12-step immersion/Engagement o Transition planning o LTL is a Data-Driven program and uses data tracking to map the progress of our residents throughout the progress. Learning Activities: Professionals are brought in to facilitate hands-on learning and skills-based opportunities. A meaningful life includes learning to have fun without drugs or alcohol & we make sure you have these skills before graduating our program. At LTL we believe in the power of sober experiences. We expose our residents to a multitude of fun in recovery events on a weekly basis to help cultivate healthy hobbies and a help build a recovery lifestyle.
