In a joint letter published Monday, more than 170 heads of major American companies called on members of Congress to approve the election of Joe Biden as President of the United States during the upcoming session on Wednesday to approve the election results, stressing the importance of a peaceful and quiet transfer of power.
"It is time for the country to move forward," wrote the signatories, including the heads of banks, investment funds, advisory groups, and airlines, many of which are listed on the main Dow Jones Index on Wall Street, and this letter represents a new setback for outgoing President Donald Trump, who He has always flaunted his friendships with the nation's top employers.
