But its important for us to know the Do’s and Don’ts Of exercise
We need to ensure to stay hydrated at all times but ensure we don’t over consumer water
We should make sure we have a gap of 3-4 hours between our meal time and exercise
We should make it a point to stretch after exercise and take a shower only after 15-20 mins
