Salesforce WhatsApp Integration | |
We have used the Chat API to sync the chats of Whatsapp and related details in the Contact Object of the Salesforce. The mobile Number field of Contact is used as a Unique Id in the Salesforce to store the chat of the WhatsApp. The chats which have the Mobile Number in the Salesforce will be get updated in the Salesforce, or we can create the new contact to store the new chats as per the business needs. If the users do not want to sync any of the other chat, then a checkbox is used to prevent the syncing of chats in Salesforce.
